Refund Policy

At Gleventure, we strive to provide the best travel experiences for our customers. We understand that travel plans can change, so we have created a fair and transparent refund policy.
1. Cancellation by Customer
More than 15 days before departure: 90% refund of the booking amount (10% service/processing fee will be deducted).
7–14 days before departure: 50% refund of the booking amount.
Less than 7 days before departure: No refund will be provided.
2. Cancellation by Gleventure
If a tour is canceled by Gleventure due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government regulations, or operational issues, customers will receive:
A full refund, or
An option to reschedule the trip or receive travel credits for future bookings.
3. Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are non-refundable:
Flight tickets (subject to airline policies)
Hotel bookings with strict cancellation policies
Visa fees
Travel insurance
Special promotional or discounted packages marked as non-refundable
4. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after cancellation approval.
Refunds will be made through the original payment method used during booking.
